We therefore pay particular attention to protecting the personal data of everyone with whom we carry out business operations, as well as the privacy of visitors accessing the ZEPPELIN SCHULE website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).

The use of and visits to the website www.zeppelinschule.ro (hereinafter the “Site”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms & Conditions”). By accessing and browsing the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You may print and keep a copy of these Terms & Conditions, which constitute an agreement between ZEPPELIN SCHULE (hereinafter “ZEPPELIN”) and you and which may not be amended without our prior consent. ZEPPELIN reserves the right to amend this document, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly and to take note of any changes.

To understand how your personal data is processed, please also read the ZEPPELIN Privacy Policy carefully. That Policy sets out how our company understands and complies with the principles of personal data protection, as well as the rights you have regarding how your information is used in our business processes.

1.3. You accept that, owing to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that the Site will always be available to you. You further acknowledge that the Site may be unavailable for maintenance reasons; however, wherever possible, we will carry out such maintenance outside our main operating hours and will try to keep any interruption as short as possible.

2.4.4. not to send “spam” emails or any unsolicited correspondence unrelated to ZEPPELIN’s activities to any address available on the Site; and

2.4.5. not to change, modify, delete, interfere with or misuse data contained on the Site that has been entered by or relates to any third-party user of the Site.

2.5. If we suffer loss as a result of your breach of these Terms of Use, you agree to indemnify us in full for any such loss.

2.6. You must ensure that you have adequate protection against computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature while using the internet, and that your connection to the Site is secure.

3. LINKS AND MESSAGE FORMS

3.1. The Site may include hypertext links to third-party websites. ZEPPELIN is not responsible for, and cannot give any guarantees regarding, the content or availability of material on any third-party site.

3.2. ANY OPINIONS EXPRESSED ON THE MESSAGE FORMS ARE NOT NECESSARILY THOSE OF ZEPPELIN SCHULE.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1. ZEPPELIN is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in the content of this Site, including, without limitation, articles, text, photographs, illustrations, audio and video clips, trademarks, logos and designs.

4.2. No part of the intellectual property content of this Site may be reproduced, distributed or published in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of ZEPPELIN. Visitors to the Site must therefore understand and agree not to modify, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the images and information published on this Site.

4.3. You may print extracts of content from the Site or any of its pages solely for your own personal use and not for any other purpose.

4.4. You may make a temporary copy of these pages for the purpose of viewing them in your browser application, but you are not permitted to copy, reproduce or redistribute the content of these pages, in whole or in part, without the written consent of ZEPPELIN.

5. DATA PROTECTION

5.1 BY USING THIS SITE, INCLUDING REGISTERING FOR ACCESS TO SECURE AREAS, YOU CONSENT TO ZEPPELIN PROCESSING ANY PERSONAL DATA YOU ENTRUST TO US, INCLUDING ANY DATA CLASSIFIED BY EU REGULATION 679/2016 AS SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZEPPELIN PRIVACY POLICY.

6. OTHER TERMS

6.1. These Terms & Conditions shall not affect any other contractual relationship with ZEPPELIN or any other ZEPPELIN policy.
